Road Name By-law

THE CORPORATION OF THE Municipality of Shuniah

BY-LAW NO. 2075-02 and Road Name Schedule

Being a By-law to amend By-law No. 2061, a by-law to name the municipal roads and to affix the names at the corners thereof.

WHEREAS it is deemed expedient and in the interest of the Corporation of the Municipality of Shuniah to amend the spelling of certain municipal roads and to revise the description of Grandview Beach Drive and Silver Beach Drive as described in Schedule A attached hereto and forming part of this by-law.

NOW THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE Municipality of Shuniah ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:

1. That Schedule A to By-law No. 2061-01 be deleted and replaced with the attached Schedule A.

2. This By-law shall come into force and take effect upon the final passing thereof.

3. That a copy of this by-law be registered in the proper land registry office.
