Committee of the Whole meetings- 4 pm 

  Regular Council meeting to follow at 5 pm...both on the same day!

The Agenda Packages will be put together in one book which will contain the information for both meetings 

Submissions for the agendas will be due by noon the Monday prior to the meeting  

Committee of the Whole of Council Meetings – 4 pm every second and fourth Monday of each month

If the scheduled meeting day falls on a holiday the meeting will take place the next day and  shall be held at the same hour and place.

 

The Committee of the Whole of Council shall stand adjourned at 5:00 p.m. until its next regular meeting, or may, by resolution, stand adjourned 

until after the close of Council’s regular meeting being held on the same evening 

Council Meetings –  5 pm right after Committee of the Whole every second and fourth Monday of each month

Regular meetings of Council shall be scheduled to be held on the second and fourth Monday of each month at 5:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers 

located at 420 Leslie Avenue, Thunder Bay Ontario. If the meeting falls on a holiday, the meeting shall be held at the same hour and place the 

following day.  

Notwithstanding the above provisions, meetings of Council shall be held on the second Monday of the month during the months 

of July, August and December

All meetings are open to the public and are held at the Municipal Office located at 420 Leslie Avenue.

The minutes of Council meetings are posted on the Web Site once adopted by Council.

The posted minutes cover at least a three-month period. If  you wish to obtain copies of the minutes which 

are not currently posted you may do so at a fee of $1.00/page and then $.50/page over 5 pages.
